I believe that there is no single approach that can treat each client in all situations. I believe each person needs to be considered as a whole and counselling must be tailored to their individual needs. People come to counselling for many reasons, anxiety, bereavement, relationship issues, depression whatever the problem, I am here to help you. I am an Accredited member of the BACP and Accredited Member of the NCPS.

I am deeply committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive support to clients facing some of life’s most challenging experiences. With extensive experience in counselling individuals with cancer and terminal illness, through my work with McMillan clients, I understand the unique emotional, psychological, and practical concerns that accompany a serious diagnosis. My goal is to offer a safe space where clients can express their fears, process their feelings, and find comfort and strength during their journey.

Additionally, I specialise in supporting victims of sexual abuse and domestic violence. I recognise the profound impact that trauma can have on an individual’s life and well-being. My approach is sensitive and empathetic, focusing on helping survivors rebuild their sense of safety, self-worth and empowerment. Through personalised therapeutic interventions, I strive to facilitate healing and resilience, guiding clients towards a future defined by hope and recovery.
